Terms of Service

BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

- Payment is via CashApp or PayPal!
- Prices vary depending on art.
- Time will vary but I will give a rough estimate on when it'll be finished. (Deadlines are accepted unless unreasonable)
- Would need references of images or written ready ideas.
- Let me know what expressions you want if you want a model!
- Will send progression photos for approval.
- I maintain the right to post art for advertising, progression, etc. unless told not to!
- Small changes or edits will be of no charge.
- You may make changes to the art as long as it is still rightfully credited.
- PAYMENT METHODS: You have the option to pay in full or partial throughout the process (will be discussed).
- END PAYMENT: Once the project is close to done, for example, a ready to rig model, I would need full payment to continue.
- REFUNDS: Once the sketch is done and approved there will not be any refunds after that point.
- LATER ISSUES: If I come across and issues, I am able to discuss a refund with an explanation as to why. I am a learning artist and rigger and can't do everything just yet lol.
- PLEASE CREDIT ME! I cannot stand not having any credit for a creation and that goes with me as well, if I didn't make the art I WILL CREDIT THE ARIST or if I didn't rig the model I WILL CREDIT THE RIGGER!!!
As for streamers who payed for the model, please put my name in your about page for respect and if people are interested in commissioning, this is to grow both my comms and both out streaming businesses!
